SHOP POLICIES

Why buy a new Electric Bike from Adventure Toy Store, your home to eBikeUtah? Because we love what we do. One look into our shop will have you smiling, from bikes to flying machines to electric long boards to SUP's to heated clothing, we LOVE what we do, finding the best of the best. We test and review each and every product we sell to make sure you have the absolute best products possible and help keep them running in our repair shop.

1:ORDERS

Ordering a bike is easy. You can check out bikes a few different ways. First and easiest is to stop by our retail shop in Draper, Utah. We are a bit hard to find but our low overhead shop means we can offer bikes for less! Please be sure to see our shop hours and location under CONTACT page.

Second you can shop on this site and any sales will be redirected to our parent company AdventureToyStore.com. We know that 99% of shoppers will not "click to buy" an eBike, we'd prefer you to call or stop by but this is always an option. Be sure to contact us for specials or package deals. Most bikes have to be listed at set prices but we often can include shipping, free accessories or other incentives, just ask!

Third way to order is to just give us a call. Our shop is open 11-4 Mountain time Monday-Saturday 801-576-6460 or try our cell number after hours at 801-910-1109 and we are happy to help suggest a bike or answer any questions.

2:SHIPPING

Shipping ebikes is a snap. Well maybe not for us, but for you it's pretty simple. Most bikes come 99% assembled, you just need to put the wheels on, straiten the handlebars and tighten the bolts and attach the peddles. A pair of pliers and a couple Allen keys are all you need. Each bike is padded and protected in a huge box. Shipping is usually $200 ish depending on where you live but eBike Utah and AdventureToyStore normally includes FREE shipping on every bike.

Bikes do need to be shipped ground as the battery is not allowed for air transit.

Please note shipping cost on Stealth Electric Bikes are HIGH! These are the only bikes without free shipping. Air is $1800, Sea freight is $900. Delivery times can be up to 2 months for Stealth bikes! Call for details. (They come crated and ready to ride from Australia in a wood crate big enough to live in!)

3. WARRANTY

We sincerly hope your bike is issue free. We have tested and tried many many other brands of bikes and have dropped several brands because of excessive warranty issues. The brands we carry are the leading US brands period. We don't want you stressing and for sure we don't like stress. Each company we represent has toll free customer AND dealer support lines to help solve issues quickly. Most bikes carry a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty and most have longer and the frame of the bike.

We service all the bikes we sell. One great thing about eBikes is they are totally normal bikes as far as routine tune up's and most bike shops can service anything on the bike EXCEPT the electrical parts. And the electrical (battery, controller and motor) either works or it doesn't. Usually there is no "fixing" it, we just replace it if there are issues.
